Wildflower Meadows is growing — and we’re looking for a kind, grounded, and emotionally attuned person to join our small team as a Facilitator.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Builds genuine, trusting relationships with children

• Values emotional well-being, autonomy, and connection

• Feels at home in a field, by a campfire, or with muddy boots

• Understands that all behaviour is communication

• Feels aligned with our trauma-informed, neuroaffirming approach

Whether you’ve worked in education, care, forest school, or bring lived experience and a deep understanding of what children need — we’d love to hear from you.
